I had a watch that didn't fit and I went there it was so fast and they were very kind and nice and they showed us stuff and it was a good time there five stars for sure

My brother bought his wife the wedding ring he always wanted to buy her from this place. They're both very happy with that brings. This ring was a replacement for the one that just had a piece of glass in it. They worked very hard for it.

My rings and charm bracelet had a chemical reaction to some products that I exposed them too and this business was able to restore my jewelry as if it were brand new for a reasonable price . I definitely recommend this place ! Fast turnaround and very communicative.

If you need a watch battery replaced or jewelry repaired, this is the place to go. Don't let the outside of the store deceive you. $10 to replace a battery. I came back with 5 more watches for them!

I would like to commend this jewelry store for their exceptional professionalism, outstanding customer service, and high-quality pieces. Unfortunately, I noticed a review that appears misleading and written with dishonest intent. It seems to come from someone who has a pattern of leaving false reviews in an attempt to gain compensation. Based on my own experience, I can confidently say this store operates with integrity and treats its customers with fairness and respect. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking both beautiful jewelry and trustworthy service.

This jewelry store has been in downtown Lemon Grove for years and I’ve only been inside two or three times. I was in need of a watch repair person. I bought a new band for my watch and needed links removed. I searched around and realized this store was still around so it was a no brainer. I popped in to see if they performed this service and the personable woman at the counter said they did. I slipped off my watch and the jeweler had the links out in less than two minutes. The cost was $10 which was a great deal. Note: after walking around with three links removed I realized it was still a little too loose and brought it back two days later and he removed another link without charging me. I was prepared to pay but that is just great service!
